What each status means

If your tracking has not moved for days
It is the most common thing and it almost never means the package is lost. The tracking updates in stretches, not every day. It can sit still while the package waits for a flight, while it is being checked or while it changes carrier.
If more than 10 days go by with no update at all, write to us with your order number and we check it with the courier. You do not have to insist. One message is enough.
Cases we get asked about often
My order does not come up with those details
Check that the number is complete and that the email is the same one you used when buying. If it still does not come up, write to us on WhatsApp +52 55 4162 0093 and we look for it ourselves.
My order comes up, but with no tracking number
Your order is confirmed and in preparation. The tracking number is generated when the package leaves, within 2 to 3 business days. We let you know by email as soon as it exists.
The tracking does not load
We could not query the tracking at that moment. Try again in a few minutes or write to us and we check it for you.
My order says payment pending
Your order is registered but we have not received the payment yet. As soon as it is confirmed, it goes into preparation. If you have already paid, send us your receipt on WhatsApp.
