Why the microneedle is replaced
The microneedle is the piece that touches your scalp. It is replaced every month, full stop. It is not a friendly recommendation or an elegant way of selling you more: a microneedle used beyond its working life loses hygiene and precision.
The ampoule is used up in the session: you screw the microneedle on top, turn it over, apply and throw it away. That is why each package carries ampoules and microneedles together, in the proportion of the routine: one ampoule per weekly session and one microneedle per month. From one purchase to the next nothing is left over, so the package you order is everything you need.

The saving is calculated against ordering month by month at $299 USD, which is the price of the one month package today. We do not compare against a price that never existed.
Order it two sessions before you run out
Shipping takes weeks: your order arrives in 21 days. If you wait until you are out of ampoules to order, you are going to lose weeks of the routine waiting for the package, and in a weekly routine that shows more than anything else.
The simple rule: when you have two ampoules left, place the order.
If you prefer not to keep count, the monthly subscription sends one month every month with 10 percent off and takes the problem off your hands.
Reorder questions
What is the difference between one package and another?
None, except how many months it covers. The pieces are the same: serum ampoules and microneedles. The more months the package covers, the lower the cost per month.
Do I need to buy anything else separately?
No. Each package carries the ampoules and the microneedles for the period it covers. There is no device, base or accessory sold separately.
Does the microneedle screw onto any TricoViva ampoule?
Yes. All our ampoules and all our microneedles use the same thread, so you do not have to worry about models or versions.
Can I stretch a microneedle beyond a month?
We do not recommend it. It is replaced every month, for hygiene and for precision.
How long does it take to arrive?
The same as any order: 21 days. That is why it is worth ordering in advance.
Does it also have a guarantee?
The 120 day results guarantee applies to the 2 month, 4 month and 12 month packages and to the monthly subscription, including when you reorder. Only the one off 1 month purchase is left out. See conditions
