About an hour. After that you can wash your hair as normal.

- Wash and dry. Your scalp has to be clean and dry before you start.
- Fit the microneedle. Screw the microneedle onto the vial until it is firm.
- Load the serum. Hold the vial upside down over the microneedle and wait for the serum to come down.
- Apply. Work across the area with soft taps, without pressing and without dragging. Take your time.
- Let it sit. About an hour. If you prefer, you can leave it overnight.
- Rinse. After that you can wash your hair as usual.
- Clean and store. Throw the empty vial away. Clean the microneedle as the guide says and keep it dry until next week session.
If someone told you it is used two or three times a week, the official instruction is once a week. More often brings nothing forward.
Do not press. Do not use it on skin that is irritated, broken or has lesions. If you feel pain, if there is bleeding, or if a reaction you were not expecting appears, stop using it and write to us. If the reaction is strong or worries you, seek medical attention.

Does it hurt?
It should not. The microneedles are tiny and the instruction is to apply with soft taps, without pressing. What you will feel is the fresh sensation of the mint during application. If you feel pain or there is bleeding, stop and write to us.
How often is it used?
Once a week, with 5 to 7 days between sessions. More often brings nothing forward and the scalp needs those days of rest.
Is it for men and women?
Yes. The routine is the same in both cases: one session a week, one vial per session and the microneedle changed every month.
What happens if I stop using it?
It is a weekly care routine, and like any scalp care it counts while you keep it up. If you stop, you simply stop applying the serum. You can pick it up again whenever you like, at the same pace of one session a week.
Can I use it alongside another treatment?
If you are under dermatological treatment, ask your doctor before starting. We cannot give you that instruction on their behalf.
How long does it take to arrive?
